I have no idea what the laws are in Europe where you are located but here in the states, what you are thinking about doing would entail a lot of money and hoops to jump through to build up an m2 legally. actually, if it's unregistered , there is no way to build up the m2 legally .as far as I know even just the receivers that have an m2 stamping, have to be registered. I noticed you have been a longtime member here and may even be an expert and may even know exactly what you are doing and I apologize if that is the case. I just felt compelled to warn you just in case you didn't know. I live in Tennessee in the states where we have extremely relaxed gun laws and we had a guy about eight or nine years back that had his confiscated right there on the range by law enforcement and all he had was an m2 marked receiver, and didn't even have any of the m2 parts in the carbine and they still confiscated it.evidently the range officer noticed what the guy had and quietly called the cops. I didn't personally know the man but people on the gun range talked about it for years. The receiver evidently was not registered and was still considered a machine gun by law even though it didn't have any of the machine gun parts in it. Again, sorry if you already know all of this, a lot of people don't.Information
