    On this shotgun, the pump action was typically used by the police for non-lethal ammo. If used at all.
    It was issued but not used much.
    Usually, they used the gun in semi-auto, with fairly heavy cartridges.
    The gun does not really like light loads, but you could use them in pump action.
    The pump action is not fluid like on real pump action shotguns. It is a bit heavy and, in my opinion, not very comfortable.
    On semi-auto it is great.
    But likes heavier stuff.

    Now I’ll quote, otherwise it can get a bit confusing.
    The length of pull is actually ok. I’m 6 foot 1”, and am very comfortable with it.
    Maybe the proportions make it look shorter than it is.
