Mystery Item?
Being a militaria collector, I purchased this item a while ago because it looked interesting and it seemed reasonably priced. The only problem is I don't actually know what it is, other than what is obvious, i.e. sight elements, oil bottle and various tools and brushes etc. One of the small threaded buttons has Parker Hale etched on it but the oil bottle is, paradoxically, of the Eastern Bloc style, although this may not be original to the set.
I am sure that there are people here who will be able to enlighten me as to exactly what I have, please?
Many thanks for any help and information.

I suspect somebody had a nifty dovetail wood box with a sliding lid and went, "Hmmm..." The proceeded to whittle out an inside to hold a nipple wrench and some sight inserts for muzzle loading target gun. What's in the Combloc oil tin? Moose milk?

It appears to be just gun oil, both sides. (Before anyone asks, I did have a little sniff of the oil and very good did it smell too.)

The bore brushes look like the ones that came with the kits in the SKS or AKs that we got here a couple decades back. That would go along with the oil bottle though, they came together.

The sight disc's look to be part of early target peep set ups. Possibly British
