Agreed to the posts above. It’s been a continual source of amusement to me..the logic of the “cases are going up because of more testing” crowd.

Like, imagine if ten untested but contagious people went to a high school graduation with a thousand people. Well praise the Lord they weren’t tested or their cases would've increased the total!

If folks have it, they have it. More testing invariably increases the KNOWN amount of people that have it. If we didn’t test, there’d still be people out there spreading it.

The WW2 rationing analogy is fantastic.
