Looking for value help for uncommon RR marked flip value.
I only see BR marked ones so I don't have a good handle on this marking because they're just never for sale. It's in decent condition so I'm wondering what it's worth. Opinions?

Ten,
I still have my list/note here on these parts.
I bought this RR marked base that has a 'LIGHTLY FROSTED' (PER THE SELLER) Leaf marked AR back in late 2009, sight unseen over the phone. Sight was $250.00, same deal included the MR band for $200.00, T2 Magcatch marked AR was $70.00, plus $50.00 for the T2 safety, plus $6.00 ship.
My 'BULK' purchase total $576.00.
Never was happy about the condition of the leaf, often thought of changing it out. Parts bought for a RMC restoration that is still just a pile of parts.
So much for 1 stop shopping. Prices were high back then because of the CMP
Carbines being sold at the time.
Only picture I have but look closely at the Leaf

Thanks, Charlie. They're just not common.
If you have anything you want to shed I'm also interested in more stuff. There are things I'm dropping out of my collection here and there.

I'd think your RR should run $300+, because of being rare and in such nice condition.
I should be selling off some stuff, but never seem to get around to it. I have sold off parts and such for friends when they buy crap. To try to recoup some of their loss. Like buying when the gas cylinders are cracked, threads wasted or things like left locking shoulder wasted.
Guess I'm better at buying than selling... Not sure if thats good or bad.
Actually this year I've gave more away than bought or sold.

Buying is so much easier. Selling just ain't fun..even when I don't use the stuff.

Thing is you find it, buy it, receive it, look it over a day or so, then stick it in a shipping box with other recent things you've bought.
I admit to normally being pretty organized...... but the last couple years, I find boxes like this all over the house, garage and basement loading room.
To gather everything would be like trying to do a complete house make over to locate every thing.
Ole JimF used to give me Sh!t about me not knowing what I had, I miss him.
