MG08 owner and hello to all

    Hi all

I am a new member and have never been much of a militaria guy, however I have recently acquired an MG08 and I must admit the cool factor is overwhelming. It will need a little TLC but basics are mostly all there I think. I am hoping to bring it back to fairly close to complete and original. I am hoping that some of you will be available to guide me in my quest.

thx in advance and i look forward to engaging with you most knowledgable enthusiasts.

    cheers Sean

New and first time Enfield owner

At the request of the site Im reaching out saying hello to everyone. I just recently purchased my first Enfield No 4 MK 2. I was lucky enough to come across this site as I was digging into researching what I could find out about this rifle. Hi.I'm a new member, but not a new collector. I have a C&R license, and love milsurps. In the 1960's when I was a kid, we could buy milsurps for $20-50 all day long. We called them "war rifles"

    Hello

Just wanted to say hello. I’m retired disabled Navy veteran. I collect Cold War era pistols most are Sovieticon or their allies. I just purchased my first M1icon carbine something I’ve wanted for some time. I hope someone can help me track down the serial number. Again hello to all.

    New Member

I have collected colt 1911's for about 15 years now. Mostly interested in very rare 1911's and A1's.. Seemed much easier to find them 10 years ago.
