    Unsolved Mysteries

Anyone catch "Unsolved Mysteries last night ? Peter Walsh (is it Peter ?) did a segment on the trouble on the Mexican border He spent a lot of time blaming U.S. sales for supplying the cartels with guns. In his presentation he walked down an isle of (allegedly) confiscated gun that (allegedly) came south from Texas. He past a Barret muzzel and patted it on the flash surpressor, mentioning how deadly they were. Then he switched to a shot of himself, fireing an M2 into a car door and made a big deal about the size of the bullet holes. He also showed several gold plated AK's and a highly engraved and inletted 1911, called it reminiscent of a Mafia gun.
After all that, he goes on yammering about how he's a supporter of the second ammendment, a gun owner and he believes in Americans right to keep and bear arms, but we need to use some common sense. If that is true, then why is he plum full of the "anti's" arguments
He also states that the guns are being bought by Mexican Nationals and that vehicles heading south across the border are not usually searched, I'd say that sounds like Mexico's problem !

It's called 'astroturfing' and Obama's political adviser, David Axelrod is a past master at using it. You get people who 'are for something', BUT then lay out all the 'problems' because others will not 'just use common sense to address those problems'. Prime example: "I used to be a _______, BUT now I see that's not the answer". You do any internet searches on these people and you find that they're lying through their teeth. Call them on it and suddenly your statements "are a distraction".

Pay attention to exactly what he is saying"The guns are coming into Mexico from the U.S.",how do they know that?,in order for it to be true as they say, they would have have to know what dealers they are coming from and if they know that then why don't they close those dealers down?,are they assuming that just because some of the guns are U.S.iconA. made?,how many might have come from Mex. police/military?,therem is a lot more then what is being reported,a lot of those guns were not of American manufacture.
