The first Webley I bought was that one NOS, still wrapped in grease paper.
I couldn't afford to pay for it at that time so I put it on layaway at Fairway Pawn & Loan.
I put $2.00 down on a $35.00 Webley.NIB
That was a long time ago in another life.

One of the first cartridges I reloaded was for the Webley with 158gr cast bullet.
At the cinder pit on a sunny day you could see the bullet in flight.
