Goodness gentleman! I was hoping to find something but you all have eagle eyes and vast knowledge. I will clean the rifle more in depth and give it a drink of linseed oilicon. Plus, not knowing anything about the rifles I will post a massive amount of pictures for you guys to scrutinize and inform me what should be done. I went home for lunch and took a few more images of the rifle. Please pardon the quality of the photos, I was in a rush. but it looks like the receiver might have rust? or maybe just discoloration? not quite sure. You cannot feel any pitting or abrasion but again, as a novice, I don't know what I'm looking for or at. I will post more pictures after I get home tonight of the entire rifle.

Oh and Durango, No visible marking inside the sling cutout but I'll take pictures, you guys might see something I don't.
