    The rear holes DO look like weld. One of the poorest jobs I've seen too. The JB weld would likely drill out like powder and if you have the tap then clean it again. Whole thing turns to powder when you do that. Then touch with wire feed...correctly. You can also use filler screws set in and loctite high so you can clean them down and cold blue.

    I still agree with RCS though.
