    Use 'Fresh' Loc-Tite of your choice.

    I can 2nd his advise. I used a old bottle of Blue on the rim bolts / nuts for a yard wagon the Wife picked up from the local hardware. She saved a few $$ by not buying one already assembled. Next day by the time she rolled it to the back fence I noticed 3 rims had 1 nut / bolt missing. I put new bolts in it but used those nuts with the inner nylon... I think called compression nuts (?). I'd found that Loc Tite in the junk drawer, no telling how old it was.
