    Here's pics of mags with worn nubs (nibs) - when they start measuring very much shorter than 1.5" from the top of the mag, you can start getting failures to feed. The mag shown in pictures #2 & #3 is about .035" short of that. I've got another "shooter" mag that measures about .020" short and it still functions OK. - Bob
