Swiss luger 1906/1920 maybe rework?

That serial number indicates it is a Swiss 1900 luger from 1904.

Luger 1906/1920 rework have serial numbers from 2000-3600. I live in Switzerland know swiss lugers. The toggles on the swiss 1900 are completely different than the 1906
