Unfortunately the old threads from the former
CSP

Help ?
Sal,
why not send Larry Ruth some photos and a letter explaining where you got it etc. and ask his opinion on the subject. He has probably more exposure/experience with carbines than any of us on the forum?

That's the one. Had a picture of a Mounty on the bottle, and people called it "Mounty p_ss."

OK, now I remember those.
When I was stationed at "the goose" in Labrador, our little combo sometimes played at the OC on the Canadian
side. Those bottles were behind the bar but I never tried one. Had no idea they were brewed in the US. Most of the Canadians drank their beers from green bottles.

GHD on Underwood
Have reviewed the Carbine Club newsletters with out success but I could have missed it. Several years back, there was a stock with the UEF over GHD marked on the left side. As for the legalities, Pay your nickle and take your chances with BATF&E. The Gun Control Act of '68 required all firearms made after 1968 have serial numbers, My dad's Fox double has my army serial number engraved by the small arms shop in Germany
and ATF was happy with that. Good luck.
