Is this 1903 a National Match rifle?

Recently acquired this 1903 barreled receiver. Was told by someone I regard as an expert that it's a 1920 National Match rifle. it's not listed in the SRS. The ser# is 1196717. Barrel is dated 5-20. The bolt is polished and stamped J6. The rails and follower are polished. The trigger is checkered at the tip. It has been drilled and tapped for a Lyman 48S receiver sight. I'm new to 1903's and no where near qualified to make any call. Been doing my due diligence as far as research and nothing I can find is telling me it isn't a National Match rifle. Opinions appreciated.

Could possibly have been a NM rifle, but I think later than a 1920 NM. See SRS info below:
