    Springfield Armory rebuilt the NM rifles after they were used in the National Matches each year. Competitors could draw
    at rifle at the matches and turn it in at the end of the matches. As I understand it the user could buy the rifle or it
    would be used again and again at the matches. I have a NM 1903 that was sold in 1931 but has a much earlier
    receiver.
