    Looks like the photo is post WWII, 9th Infantry Division, 39th Infantry Regiment HQ. Probably in late 40's early 50's at Ft. Dix, NJ. Late 50's the unit was in West Germanyicon. The tree line and buildings looks like Doughboy Loop before newer buildings added in the 1960's
