    Well, I do not know where he got Winchester but I have attached a Signal Corp photo of the "slushing" job at Eddystone. You will note the same people on the left side of the slushing tank. It appears that several of the military ordnance officers wants to get into the photo and not to get their hands dirty. Enjoy.
