A letter from the Museum (the charity) Lawyer just bounced off their thick response armour. We recieved nothing back on that, it was just a constant battle of emails swamping their site that resolved it, but only as we approached the 180 day release date.
Awful company for such things but OK for the run of the mill small buyer/dealer on small amounts.
