I think that the "media", in general, has over estimated the Russianicon armed forces capabilities and severely under estimated the resolve of the Ukrainian people. The average Russian soldier is clearly not on a par with an average "professional Western" soldier. The old adage "an army marches on it's stomach" seems rather apt in relation to the Russians in Ukraine, i.e. Russian soldiers are struggling to get supplies.
