How are these valued?Its in great shape and the Ross m10 action works. It has been deactivated buy a pin welded through the barrel chamber. The weld is hidden well.

10 years ago or so, Springfield Sporters imported a similar projector using a stamped steel Martini action. BATF made them destroy the Martini actions as it was considered a short barreled rifle.
Yup, they do exist and are kosher.
This one does have the correct trigger.
The correct stock has dovetail piece both front and back so this stock is a humper
