    Yes, correct my paper says "W/0E" it is red rubber stamp printed and a staple hole went through it. and yes the response stating i wanted to know what "condition B" meant, and whether or not anyone knows off their term "service grade" is the same as the CMPicon's?
    is correct.
    Does anyone familiar with these documents know?

    My rifle was shipped from Anniston Army Depot. the form is from that facility.
