A great lady, a great monarch and probably the equal of the first Elizabeth, though not so sorely tried. Sans peur et sans reproche.

I wonder if she was pushed out early as George V apparently was.

This time not so as to make the morning papers on time, but for other reasons.

Doing in the Commonwealth, like the United Kingdom itself, is certainly part of the larger program, so trial balloons can be expected to start rising soon enough.
