I have some of that HXP brass from 1963, it's robust. Have 5 M2 ball loadings through them already and showing no signs of fatigue. The primers are staked so I used a bit in the drill press to remove the burrs and then my swaging tool to uniform the primer cups. It's an extra step but well worth it for quality brass.
