CMP M1911A1 arrived today

a lot of the ammunition.

I was in Ft Lewis with my rifle company doing FIBUA in the tire house in '89... While the troops were moving through dry I was above them on the walls walking and observing. I was picking up .45 brass by the dozen as it was hard to get here and it was all Israeli headstamp. At the time I thought it strange. They were marked TZZ 85 and so on, mostly '85. Of course I still have some here.
