I don't use eBay's global shipping program after seeing the video below a couple of years ago. I'm not sure why the post WW2 helmet was classed as restricted unless they decided that it was "nazi related" because it looks like a WW2 Germanhelmet. If that is the case you could say a post war Spanish helmet or 1920's Irish helmet was "nazi related" because they looked a bit like a WW2 German helmet.
