They do not have to expand to stabilize , all they have to do is grab enough rifling to get a good spin. Hopefully the real long bullet will stay straight in the bore .

I hope so. Can you report how well they group before I buy a box of .30cal bullets?

There will be no group results posted as this is top secret !!!!!!!!!! I will post results as soon as I get time to shoot . I may have to alter the powder charge as the small bullets with less bore friction may need more . Case capacity is being a problem with the powders I am trying . The bullet will seat tall and still chamber , so that helps . I can not find my H-380 , one I wanted to try as it will fit the case better . It is hot here so testing will have to be morning .
