    Confirmed. It was local SWAT who stopped Crooks from firing by damaging his rifle and sending fragments into his face and neck. Why has it taken this long to get this information. The southern Secret Service sniper team is "believed" to have then fired the fatal shot. Why is it still "believed"? Can't they count bullets that were fired?
