The very sad part regarding MD Juan is several of us met with the owners 20 years ago in an attempt help them produce a better quality reproduction parts, tubs, fenders, etc. we gave them blueprints, NOS parts and good used parts so they could make the parts just like the original parts. They left our meeting and threw everything we gave them straight in the trash. Their reproduction parts are absolute junk!

The reason nothing ever came of all that is MD Juan (MDJ) will not keep any employee more than 6 months. If they do, they have to pay them more, give the retirements, health insurance, sick and medical leave. This is why MDJ can't produce quality parts because none of their employees are experienced enough to master quality reproductions.

Extremely frustrating!
