    If all 5 bandoleers had strippers in good condition with built-in "spoons" like shown in the auction, they're worth quite a bit just by themselves these days. The "bando" components could probably be re-sold for $100-$150 or more if all the buyer wanted was the cartridges. I'm still puzzled about exactly what the seller used the stencils on - was it the ammo box and likely most of the individual cloth pockets?

    I've got a 1080 rd can that a buddy had on his table at a local gun show about 5 years ago. Part way through the day I got over to his table to get a look at it, and he had already sold 3 of the 9 for $60-$75 each. I wish I could've have made it over there sooner, since he let me have the can with 6 left in it for $250. I dug out this picture after seeing this "special deal" on GB and asked Charlie to help figure out what I was looking at.
