The FW 190 came from the same place. It was a substitute for something else that couldn't make it, a P-39 I believe. Which was a good thing actually, a P-39 is here almost every year.

I didn't recognize the FW-190, but it appears to have gotten a new paint job since I visited. They have several - two of these Flug Werk replicas, one with a Shventsov radial engine and another a D ("Dora") replica with a Jumo liquid-cooled inline engne. They've got an original A "Blue 4" that was restored to static display and a couple more original airframes that are awaiting restoration to Flying condition. Jerry Yaegen, owner of the Museum, is a German immigrant who was a boy during the war so he has collected the German planes.
