    May the security guard RIP

Had the cojones to shoot back & saved lives. Unfortunately lost his life. "Greater love than this" etc.

Wack job was a convict and a disgrace to any military he served with.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. To much commentary, to soon, and all based on "News Reports". Let it shake out and then educated and hopefully unbiased opinions can be formed. Meanwhile some of the rheotric above should be kept to yourselves.

Hmmm, lets see.....a hate monger with a criminal record yet he has a firearm. I thought we had gun laws to prevent people like this from having access to them?
He must have got it through that "gun show loophole".

This guy was a felon in possession of a firearm. He also had a website where he posted his amazing theories. If the "system" had the resources to pick him up he would have been behind bars and his firearms would be scrap metal.

The security guards did pretty well, engaged the guy, shot him down, got the civilians out of the way. It could have been a lot worse. I hope there's some recognition for the securities, and I hope the dead one's family never has to go hungry, or worry about the rent.

    Guns kill people

Not wacked out, warped, super-annuated, nut job felons like this guy.

Chris Matthews says so. Tonight he also said we should do away with the "First Amendment (sic)" to prevent this gun madness.

Amazing that an American journalist could confuse the First & Second Amendments!

If you look at this from a slightly different perspective...what you have is an aging whack-job with a flair for the overly-dramatic, orchestrating his very own "Gotterdamerung" in a place that was the focus of his pathology culminating in a "Suicide-By-Cop"! Pathetic! The only tragedy was the guard he killed.

And he had a rifle under a complete prohibition due to a Federal felony conviction in a community with the most draconian gun restrictions in the Nation! Don'tcha just love how well all those laws work!
