Browning doesn't manufacture any firearms in the U.S. The BAR, Shorttrack, and Longtrack rifles are made in Belgiumicon and assembled in Portugal. All others are from Japanicon. The quality of fit and finish is fine. I have very few problems to warrantee on new Brownings as opposed to other manufacturers. I don't see how some firearms make it out the door, a blind monkey could tell you they won't pass inspection.
