A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Manufacturer of various vintage rifle scopes for the 1903 such as our M73G4 (reproduction of the Weaver 330C) and Malcolm 8X Gen II (Unertl reproduction). Several of our scopes are used in the CMP Vintage Sniper competition on top of 1903 rifles. Brian Dick ... Hello fellow Milsurpers!
I confess ,I'm am guilty of being a member here for a while & not saying hello.--(just had an e-mail shaming me into posting ) Been target shooting , collecting, & horse trading mainly WW 11(mostly U.S. firearms )the last 25 years . Having weathered the sh** storms of C-17,C-68,& the brutal orders in council & having witnessed many a Collector liquidate,--- the safe's still standing & I'm almost content with the collection , although still looking for an elusive few unbubba-ized or undewated certain pieces of history .

Hello All! I am a newbie here but I like what I've seen. The article about the wire-wrapped SMLE Grenade throwing rifle is excellent, since I have one! Mine is an Ishy No1 MkIII* made in 1948 in .303. The bore looks brand new!

    Hello everyone,

I'm ENFCOL, a rather round, balding, older type of man who enjoys collecting, shooting and researching Enfield Riflesicon. I reload my own ammunition for precision target and varmint shooting as well.

Thank you for having me here, I'm looking forward to finding a lot of valuable information and hoping I may have some to share as well.

    Best regards to all,

    EnfCol

    New to the Forum

I was told of this forum by a freind on another forum..I have been collecting Military bits for many years...I also belong to a couple of Military Historical Societies including the Camp X group that puts on it's annual Military display at the original Camp site each June...lots of weapons on display among other Military items.

Looking forward to being helped and helping other members.
