IHC Receiver Heel Stamps

Thanks to all for your responses! Were there any SA barrels used in the early IHC postage stamp receivers in the post 4.44 million SN range? I think the two different proof stamps on the stock are the answer on my particular rifle, but I was wondering how long it was before the LMRs were used with consistancy.

The Spring GCA Journal has what you want with descriptive photos and updated serial number ranges, barrel information. Earlier information is a little out-dated now. Did you join the GCA yet?
