    Filling the mag correctly, except the top round

    When I fill the mag with the chargers they all go in correctly except the last/top round. That one for some reason sits behind the next one and will not load, but all the rest go in correctly.
    Any ideas?

    Sometimes something very similar happens when you re-load and the case overall length is too long.
