Dunno, but I have one just like it that I rescued from the site of Camp Amache. Amache was a Japanese
"Relocation" camp in southeastern Colorado. The rack has been modified to hold shotguns at some time in the past but still has multiple coats of OD paint. I need to restore it.

Let's not turn this into a political, prezbo bashing, K?
The rack my son's JROTC uses is very much like that. It holds M14s that North High use for drills and ceremonies. I'll have to wait for school to start back up so I can get a better look though.
