Used to carry .22 open to school on the bus for rifle team practice . Gun crank and custodian of many types of artifacts since. HI....my name is mrMONEYman and I'm a gunaholic..
Just wanted to say hi to everyone on the forum.
I've grew up around guns all my life - I remembered the first time my father bought his Marlin 60 for squirrels. I would tag along w/ him in the woods and knew that I wanted to learn everything - that was almost 20 years ago.
I like guns: old, new, one of a kind, mass produced, toy, everything gun related. Heck, I even bought a shotgun butane lighter the other day just because it looks like a miniture version of my Remington 870.
I've always wanted my collection to include a 1911, a M1 Garand, a M1 Carbine, a .38 or .357 revolver (similar to the Victory models) and a plain jane AR15 (M16
clone). My goal is to collect all the guns that my grandfather used during the Secret War in Laos.I've finally completed my mini collection with the recent purchase of an M1 Underwood Carbine.
I'm proud, and at times embarrassed, because I'm known as "THE GUY WITH ALL THE TOYS." Eventhough I'm only 25, when someone I know needs a gun or has a question about guns, they seek me out. I may not know the answers, but I always find it. And I plan to gain a lot of knowledge here too.

New Member Thing
Corresponded here for many years and learned a lot.. Went away for a while. Came back to this new format. The homecoming experience is painful and one wonders if it's worth the trouble. I guess it will be. I see most of the old home team is still here plugging away. Hi, guys....
I'm back.

Another Old Guy
Hello Military Collectors !
I'm still keeping at collecting, hunting and shooting. Introduced one of my 12 year old grandsons last week to shooting a .308 Win bolt action rifle for hunting whitetails this fall.
Looks like a great forum - Hello to All
