wel for start it is ilegal to remove numbers in anny state i would send him one final e mail and let him know that he eather makes it right or he can be expecting a viset fom the atf at verry least he is looking at a verry big fine posably jail time if he holds a ffl he wont anny longer i learnt long aggo there are a grate manny thives in the gun trade DONT LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT

Send him an e-mail anyway.It may scare him into a refund. Good luck and thanks for the "Heads Up".
