This is a typical war time rebuild. My brother got a hold of it 40+ years ago and hand rubbed 20 or so coats of Johnson's past wax to it. My dad gave it to me just before he passed. He claims it was a gift from his mother-in-law and that it was my grandfather's during WWI. Well, take the gun not the story! This rifle has a 12-42 barrel on it. Dad was an ordnance officer around that time. I'm just sayin'!

Opinions on it please. It is a beautiful rifle! Also, not that I would ever sell it, what would a fair value be for a rifle like this? Thanks
