Name on the inside of the sling is hard to read. Has Homer's First initial, last name followed by USN RN2




Couldn't find the mf'r of the sling or a date on it, like my old '03 had on its' sling. The pull through cleaning rod and the rest of the junk is in the tube, just didn't feel like dragging it out.

As for the stock looking dry in those other pictures, it was over a 100° that afternoon and pretty dusty. I usually keep her shined up with Pledge, cause I'm too cheap to buy any more Scott's. I'll do that when the Pledge can runs dry.
