Thanks for the help. I just had that feeliing about this piece. The fit and finish just did not look right. I have one now that I bought from a show, not a commemorative, but a presentation rifle from a VFW. Beautiful rifle made in 41. Cost was 1/2 what this one is. Again thanks and will keep looking.
