    Canadian customs does not have a problem with parts like that.

    HOWEVER, without an export permit, you (or the dealer) may be violating US law. You need to check with ATF, DOS, and DOC(ommerce) regulations to be sure. Many dealers will ship regardless of the US law. Will that get you in trouble? Probably not, but the items may be seized if caught before they hit Canadaicon.

    If Brownells will ship it, it's probably fine as the items may not need a permit, or they may have a blanket permit in place.

    If the part requires a permit, it requires a permit regardless of seller.
