Somewhere I have a picture of a cut down, home made (Bubbafie'd) No. 4 wannabe No. 5 carbine, chromed and buffed like it was a 28" rim on a '82 Olds
fugly!
Just as a matter of interest, has anyone else in-theatre encountered the chrome plated Palace Guards rifles? Comments.................

Just as a matter of interest, has anyone else in-theatre encountered the chrome plated Palace Guards rifles? Comments.................
Yes Peter when Sterling were turning out 9mm SMG's a special lot were totally all over chromed and even a few others gold plated for a mid-East potentate with more money than sense. It was a wonder when taking aim that the shooter's eyesight wasn't forever damaged peering down the shiny barrel jacket! (that's peering Peter --- not peeing)
