    JMO Clips

I recently got 4 spam cans of HXP ammunition from CMPicon - all on new JMO clips. It seems to feed fine in my M1s, but I hear that these clips cause problems. What is wrong with JMO Clips and what, if anything can be done about it?

    Thanks.

At least some of the JMO clips seem to be used on the wider extraction groove HXP brass, 1973 and later. When used with this brass there are usually no problems but brass with the more common narrow extractor groove ie. LC, FA, TW, all commercial and the earlier HXP binds, expands the clip too much and will not fit into the rifle. I'm too cheap to throw anything away, so I segregate that brass for use with those clips.

The problem with troubleshooting is, real trouble shoots back.
