The "RA", "ordnance wheel", and ONE "FJA" are all of the same depth and wear pattern. Even the re-build stamp is near the same. The "other" FJA is way too deep to have been originally applied to THAT rifle.
I agree with John B. and Johnny Peppers both. Every item is a judgement call depending on the individual firearm in question. Only experience and a "hands on" examination will suffice.
