RMC to INLAND Stock on Ebay

We've seen some of these RMC Stocks marked in the slingwell with RMC and a I.
Have also seen RSG and I marked ones.

Here's a RMC I marked I cut on Ebay. It has the Inland size CC.
It's being described as a Rock Ola stock........Which is right as Rock Ola did make it, but it was issued to and used by Inland.
The seller does state that it has 70% of a Inland sized CC.
Stock appears to have been thru the washer or refinished.

I feel this RMC to Inland is a real legit stock. I have to question if the I cut is a real one though.
Especially after the same seller sold this one,
