? about Saginaw with S'G' rear sight

Dave I'm not saying you did anything to it but someone somewhere along the line did. The S'G' or IP marked rear sights sent to S.G. would have been used long before your carbine was made. But the rear sight could very well have been changed later because of damage to the original. It does make your carbine look real nice for sure.
