The government severely regulates the import of ammunition, including surplus, into Canada. It's to keep us safe, you know.
The only "cheap" surplus available right now is Czechsteel-core 7.62x39. It sells for around $200 per case of 1120. We're fortunate your ATF declared steel-core M43 to be evil, otherwise we wouldn't even have this stuff on the market, IMO.
