Hello all,new guy first time poster here Just made a trade for my first m1 carbine,got it for a worn Makarov my buddie had to have hope I did ok. Anywhoos what I got is a winchester receiver # 12992## with what appers to be a winchester barrel it has a W stamped a few inches below the front site.The rest of the parts are a mix,trigger houseing is stamped ST and trigger parts are a mix and the slide is rock ola.The stock that came with this was a after market fajen and its got to go!What I am wondering is if its worth restoring or if I should just find a proper stock and barrel band and call it good.
